Warranty & Return Policy

Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

ATS MFG is committed to supporting our dealer partners with clear warranty coverage and straightforward return policies. Because warranty terms and return eligibility vary by product and situation, it's important to first determine whether an issue is related to a warranty claim or a non-warranty return.

  • Warranty claims address qualifying manufacturing defects covered under applicable product warranties.
  • Non-warranty returns apply to non-defective items and are subject to approval, fees, and exclusions.

Dealers are the primary point of contact for all warranty and return requests. For complete coverage details, exclusions, and limitations, please refer to the applicable product warranty sheet, which governs all warranty determinations.

Warranty Coverage Overview

ATS MFG offers limited warranties across three primary product categories. The summaries below are provided for reference only; specific warranty sheets should always be consulted for full terms and conditions.

ATS Furniture

We warrant qualifying furniture products against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Key points:

  • Welded steel frames (excluding stack chairs) carry extended coverage against broken or fatigued welds.
  • Warranty resolution (repair or replacement) is determined at ATS MFG's discretion.
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, wood warpage, or natural material variation.
  • Products sold as custom, closeout, as-is, or used are not covered.

MET Light Equipment & FLO Faucet Products

MET and FLO products are covered under a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Key points:

  • Repair or replacement is determined at the discretion of ATS MFG.
  • Warranty excludes shipping damage, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or misuse.
  • Only written warranty terms agreed to by ATS MFG apply.

LIT Equipment (Powered by CPS)

Our equipment is covered under a one (1) year limited warranty and serviced by Consumer Priority Service (CPS).

Key points:

  • Coverage applies to qualifying mechanical or electrical defects under normal use.
  • CPS determines service method (on-site or depot repair).
  • Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, normal wear, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or misuse.

Warranty Claims Process & Timing

If you believe a product issue may be covered under warranty, our Customer Service team is happy to help guide you through the next steps.

To initiate a warranty claim, please email csr@atsmfg.com and include the completed ATS Warranty Evaluation Form with the following information:

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or issue
  • Sales Order or PO number
  • Serial number (if applicable)
  • Purchase date
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Location of the product (installed site or current location)

Once we receive and review the information above, our team will advise on next steps and provide repair, return, or replacement instructions if the claim is approved.

Important notes:

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of first recognizing the issue.
  • Warranty eligibility is determined based on the applicable product warranty sheet and supporting documentation.
  • In some cases, ATS MFG may work directly with the end user to complete the approved warranty resolution.

Non-Warranty Returns

Products that do not qualify for warranty coverage may be considered for return only with prior written authorization from ATS MFG.

Please be aware:

  • Custom, made-to-order, used, closeout, and as-is products are not returnable.
  • Approved returns are subject to:

    • A minimum 25% restocking and handling fee
    • Freight prepaid by the customer
  • Returns may be issued as a credit or exchange at ATS MFG's discretion. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Important Notes & Exclusions

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • ATS MFG is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
  • Warranty responsibility is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the product (FOB Tucker, GA).
  • Natural material characteristics, including wood movement and finish variation, are not considered defects.
  • Policies and warranty terms are subject to change without notice.
