Because warranty terms and return eligibility vary by product and situation, it's important to first determine whether an issue is related to a warranty claim or a non-warranty return.
Dealers are the primary point of contact for all warranty and return requests. For complete coverage details, exclusions, and limitations, please refer to the applicable product warranty sheet, which governs all warranty determinations.
ATS MFG offers limited warranties across three primary product categories. The summaries below are provided for reference only; specific warranty sheets should always be consulted for full terms and conditions.
We warrant qualifying furniture products against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

MET and FLO products are covered under a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Our equipment is covered under a one (1) year limited warranty and serviced by Consumer Priority Service (CPS).
